- All damages must be submitted for approval no later than 2 weeks for domestic and 3 weeks for international customers from the date of receiving the merchandise
- All returns/exchanges must be approved by Isabella and Sebastain
- Any returns or exchanges without approval or proof of purchase WILL NOT be accepted
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition. Any items with signs of wear, label changes, etc.
WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchanges
- Special Pricing/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- After a damage/return/exchange is agreed upon, goods must be received in a timely manner
